Information submitted through booking enquiries, contact forms, telephone calls and WhatsApp messages may be used solely for reservation management, guest communication and service improvement.

We use analytics and first-party website activity tracking to understand page visits, traffic sources, device categories and interactions such as call or WhatsApp button clicks. A random browser identifier may be stored locally to distinguish visits and sessions. Our website activity dashboard does not store raw IP addresses.

We also use Microsoft Clarity on the public hotel website to understand page interactions through aggregated analytics, heatmaps, and privacy-masked session recordings. Clarity may process website interaction information on our behalf. Guest enquiry form entries and sensitive input fields are masked in recordings. Hotel administration and staff attendance pages are excluded from this recording setup.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, including website analytics providers, only as necessary to operate and improve our services, or where required by law.

We implement reasonable measures to protect guest information from unauthorized access and misuse.
